Bennett Homes Limited Warranty »
During the first year after title transfers to you, Bennett Homes provides limited
warranty coverage on your new home. If a dispute arises, you have fourteen (14)
months from the date of title transfer to make a formal claim or else all claims
are waived.
Many Repairs may require spot-painting, patching or replacements of one piece of
a larger installation. Industry standards generally call for spot repairs in such
cases. Due to many normal conditions including fading, shrinkage, dye-lot variances,
wear & tear, and limitations in available replacements, we reserve the right to
repair or replace defects with elements readily available in the standard marketplace.

By law, Bennett Homes is required to turn the warranty on all major appliances and
other mechanical fixtures over directly to you. We cannot take care of the warranty
on these items for you but we will assist you in coordinating service on windows,
appliances, light fixtures, carpeting and heating equipment.
Below is a partial list of covered manufacturers' items which carry separate warranties
of varying duration. Your home may not have all of the listed items, or it may have
other items not listed.
