We meant to send this letter when we sent our letter for Carrie McGinnis back in July 2009, but somehow forgot to fulfill our intention.
The purpose of this letter is to express our sincere appreciation for Dana's great assistance, professionalism, courtesy, positive attitude and timely completion of all our "punch list" items after closing last year as well as other documented warranty items and follow-up items that were postponed until this spring/early summer because of weather such as painting some of the eaves, etc. He always ensured our availability before scheduling the various trades to complete their work and followed up to ensure our satisfaction and the work was correctly done.
